Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by one core belief: great ideas only matter if they can be executed successfully and led with impact. I’ve seen firsthand how execution and leadership—not just innovation—determine success. That’s why I’ve spent the last two decades bridging the gap between strategy, execution, and leadership to drive real-world results.

My journey began in engineering, working on airbus simulation software during my graduate studies in computer science at Arizona State University. Early in my career, I worked across education tech and financial tech, leading complex projects and seeing firsthand how robust best practices were just as critical as technical solutions.

Wanting to expand beyond engineering, I pursued an MBA in Product Innovation Management, fascinated by how ideas transform into successful products with the right vision and strategic action. That aspiration brought me to Silicon Valley, where I joined an early-stage startup—building cutting-edge products, driving engineering excellence, optimizing delivery, and establishing operational rigor to fuel high-growth businesses.

At Meta, I worked in highly cross-functional environments, managing AI-innovation at scale. I launched Meta’s first AI assistant on Facebook Portal and Oculus, developing strategies that balanced technological advances with business impact. I also led mentorship, leadership development, and diversity initiatives that empowered teams to collaborate more effectively.

At Cruise, I took on one of the most ambitious challenges—launching the company’s first self-driving fleet. I scaled the software teams and systems, creating robust frameworks to manage large-scale AI, robotics, and infrastructure programs.

After years of driving product development at scale, I saw a consistent pattern:
The real challenge wasn’t coming up with great ideas—it was turning them into reality while leading teams to scale and deliver impact. I realized that too many organizations struggle not because they lack vision, but because they lack the execution discipline and leadership alignment to turn vision into reality.

My passion for solving this challenge led me to my next chapter—partnering with leaders, founders, and organizations to help them bridge the execution gap, align strategy with real business impact, and develop strong leadership teams that can sustain growth.
